Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of PostMe at https://www.postme.dev and related form endpoints. By using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated May 26, 2026
This page is provided for transparency about how PostMe works. It is not legal advice. If you need advice for your situation, consult a qualified attorney.
The service
PostMe lets site owners add HTML forms that POST to our endpoints. We forward submissions to a recipient email after that inbox is confirmed. Features may include redirects, JSON responses, honeypot spam protection, and usage limits on the free tier.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws. If you use PostMe on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Endpoints and confirmation
A form endpoint is associated with a recipient email address. The first use of a new address triggers a confirmation email; delivery begins only after the recipient confirms control of that inbox. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to receive mail at any address you register.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PostMe to:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content.
- Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse protections, or security controls.
- Collect sensitive data you are not authorized to process (for example, payment card numbers or health data) without appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
- Misrepresent the sender or purpose of a form.
We may throttle, block, or remove endpoints that violate these rules or pose risk to the platform or other users.
Free tier and limits
PostMe currently offers a free tier with a monthly submission limit (published on the site). Limits, features, and pricing may change; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Excessive or abusive use may be restricted regardless of tier.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit through forms you control or host. You grant PostMe a limited license to process, transmit, and store that content solely to provide and secure the service. Site visitors who submit forms should be informed by the site owner how their data will be used.
Third-party sites
PostMeis often embedded on sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for those sites' privacy practices, terms, or availability. Your relationship with site visitors is between you and them.
