Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of PostMe at https://www.postme.dev and related form endpoints. By using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated September 3, 2026
This page is provided for transparency about how PostMe works. It is not legal advice. If you need advice for your situation, consult a qualified attorney.
The service
PostMe lets site owners add HTML forms that POST to our endpoints. We forward submissions to destinations you configure after related inboxes are confirmed. Features may include redirects, JSON responses, Inbox storage for account Intakes, HTTPS webhooks, Discord delivery, visitor auto-reply from a sending domain, honeypot spam protection, and usage limits by plan.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws. If you use PostMe on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Endpoints and confirmation
A public submit URL is associated with a recipient email address. An Intake is an account-owned capture URL. The first use of a new inbox triggers a confirmation email; delivery to that inbox begins only after the recipient confirms control. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to receive mail at any address you register, and for keeping webhook and Discord URLs under your control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PostMe to:
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content.
- Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse protections, or security controls.
- Collect sensitive data you are not authorized to process (for example, payment card numbers or health data) without appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
- Misrepresent the sender or purpose of a form.
We may throttle, block, or remove endpoints that violate these rules or pose risk to the platform or other users.
Plans and limits
PostMe offers a free Hobby plan with a monthly event limit published on the pricing page, and a paid Pro plan billed monthly through Clerk Billing (Stripe as the payment processor). Accounts are created with Clerk. Limits, features, and pricing may change; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Excessive or abusive use may be restricted regardless of tier. When a monthly limit is reached, new submissions are rejected and we attempt to email the account or inbox owner.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit through forms you control or host. You grant PostMe a limited license to process, transmit, and store that content solely to provide and secure the service — including Inbox storage, webhook and Discord fan-out, and auto-reply. Site visitors who submit forms should be informed by the site owner how their data will be used.
Third-party sites
PostMeis often embedded on sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for those sites' privacy practices, terms, or availability. Your relationship with site visitors is between you and them.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTME AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You will defend and indemnify PostMeagainst claims arising from your forms, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of others' rights, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
Changes
We may modify these terms or the service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using PostMe.
